Christopher D. Taylor, M.D.

Christopher TaylorChristopher D. Taylor, M.D. is a non-surgical lumbar and cervical specialist. As a Physiatrist, he specializes in fluoroscopically guided spinal procedures and other conservative treatments to relieve pain and discomfort and improve quality of life for patients.

After completing undergraduate work in Psychobiology at Yale University, he attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison Medical School earning the doctor of medicine in 2000. His postgraduate training included an internship in Internal Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital. He did his residency in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Emory University School of Medicine.

Before joining Peachtree Spine, Dr. Taylor was in private practice in the Atlanta area.

He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the International Spinal Injection Society. His certifications include the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Taylor is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner and a member of the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.

A member of the varsity football team at Yale, Dr. Taylor maintains a keen interest in sports. He is active in the community with programs such as Habitat for Humanity. He resides in Kennesaw, Georgia with his wife and three children.
