About Dr. Pelletier
Kevin C. Pelletier, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained interventional spine and sports medicine physiatrist dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting pain relief and return to their active lifestyles. He specializes in ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided procedures, regenerative medicine, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care using a patient-centered approach.
Dr. Pelletier grew up in a small town near Burlington, Vermont, where his interest in medicine took root. He earned his undergraduate degree in Physiology from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, before returning to his home region to attend medical school at the University of Vermont College of Medicine (now known as the Larner College of Medicine). After medical school, he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of California Irvine, gaining comprehensive expertise in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Driven by a passion for interventional techniques and regenerative medicine, Dr. Pelletier completed a fellowship in Interventional Spine, Sports and Regenerative Medicine at the prestigious Bodor Clinic in Napa, California. He spent several years in private practice in Orange County, California before relocating to Atlanta in 2022 to join Peachtree Spine & Sports Physicians. Dr. Pelletier holds the RMSK (Registered in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound) certification, which enhances the quality and precision of ultrasound-guided procedures and ensures best practices for patient safety.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Pelletier enjoys staying active through exercise, traveling, enjoying live music, and attending standup comedy shows.
