Not sure what to expect from your Telehealth Visit? Let us help you!
Telemedicine is a visit with your doctor or physical therapist through a video call instead of in a clinic.
Download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app to your camera-enabled phone/tablet/computer and create a login.
If you are a NEW patient or have not been seen in over a year, please complete the appropriate new patient paperwork, accessible on our website.
Peachtree Spine Physicians is utilizing the Zoom Cloud Meetings app to connect with our patients for telemedicine appointments.
Around your appointment time, the doctor or PT will call or text you first to make sure you are ready to begin your virtual visit.
Next, you will receive a text message with information to join the video call. This might be a quick link or meeting ID and password.

Quick link – just click the link to open the app and connect
ID/password – in your Zoom app, go to “Join Meeting” and then enter the meeting information provided
Your doctor or PT will send you a link or meeting ID and password at the time of your visit.
Sometimes, appointments run a little over causing a delay.
If it is 15+ minutes past your appointment time, you are welcome to reach out to our staff via text or email for an update or estimated wait time.

Yes. Virtual visits are billed to your insurance just as a doctor’s visit in-office.

When your appointment was booked, you should have received a confirmation email. In this email, there is a link for you to reschedule or cancel that appointment online. If you would like further assistance, please reach out to us via text or email.
